Another very important product photo category is one in which we can see the product being used. In the case of food and beverage products, that usually means the product label and the consumable item are the main focal point of the photo. That's not always the case though - when it comes to social media photos, putting the product in the background and slightly out of focus is also effective, because it's interpreted as lifestyle messaging and not just an open attempt to market and sell a product.
